We went out to Julian on Sunday, one of our favorite places. Our first stop was the Julian Pie Company for their famous apple pie, and afterwards we ended up renting a motor boat and putting around Lake Cuyamaca.

Aside from dumping on Jesus, there’s nothing that cures me from a mentally and emotionally draining day better than a good, hard run. It seems like each stride helps to melt away the tension and stress, so the faster I run the better. Hills are the bomb.
