You may have already heard this man’s story, but it deeply moved me. It’s a stark lesson on the fact that there is absolutely no excuse for giving up, because if the Lord can give rise above power to this man, it’s anyone’s for the asking.

Friday night our one and only Crystal celebrated her birthday and graciously invited a few of us to join the fun. We enjoyed great company and danced alot. I know this because I was sore the next morning. Pictures below…
